Would you add these to your beauty routine?
Below we cover 3 body sculpting methods! Don’t worry there are no gross before and after pictures, just a few descriptions.
This sounds more like a disease than a treatment but this is actually a non invasive permanent fat reduction treatment available at a fat treatment spa.
What is it?– popularly known as CoolSculpting, is a medical device used to destroy fat cells. Its principle relies on controlled cooling for non-invasive local reduction of fat deposits to reshape body contours. The exposure to cooling is set so that it causes cell death of subcutaneous fat tissue without apparent damage to the overlying skin. The procedure is billed as a non-surgical alternative to liposuction.
How does it work?– Cryolipolysis® is based on the principle that fat cells are more vulnerable to energy extraction (cooling) than surrounding tissues.(1) A non-invasive applicator is attached to the targeted procedure area to extract energy from the underlying fat tissue, while protecting the skin, nerves, muscles and other tissue. The cooled fat cells undergo apoptosis (controlled cell death) and are gradually eliminated, reducing the thickness of the fat layer.
Lipids from the fat cells are slowly released and transported by the lymphatic system to be processed, much like fat from food. Because the lipid clearance process is gradual there is no harmful change in blood lipids or liver function
Who is this procedure for? Candidates for Cryolipolysis are people who are otherwise in shape but have excess fat regions that are difficult to reduce.
Results- Results are slow. They are normally seen after 2-3 months once the fat has fully metabolized into the body. The results are permanent but they vary patient to patient depending on the density of the fat directly under the skin layer. This treatment still require you to eat healthy and maintain a balance of exercise and diet in order to see the best results
Cost: The cost of each region is about $450- $550
Endorsed by Dr. Oz and claiming to be the ” 1 Treatment, 1 Hour, 1 Size Smaller” Ft Cavitation is another permanent fat reduction treatment similar to cryolipolysis. Also known as Liposonix.
What is it?- Cavitation is body sculpting with no anesthesia, no scars, no discomfort, no down-time and presents a risk-free alternative to liposuction. The result is instant loss of fat cells.
How does it work-. Using leading edge technology it converts fat cells into liquid which can then be naturally drained by the body’s own natural filtration system. Generally one fat cavitation treatment lasts 25 – 30 minutes where a single part of the body is treated. 72 hours must pass between each session so that the body can eliminate the fat.
Who?: This treatment s not a weight loss treatment, it is a sculpting treatment. The candidate for this would be a person who has excess fat deposits on the body but who also exercises regularly.
Results: Results for this treatment can be seen quickly, in a matter of a week. The fat cells are permanently reduced on a surface level. Because the fat cells are permanently reduced, maintain great diet and exercise is the only way to ensure you body maintains its healthy shape.
What is it-Waist training has been around for centuries. In fact it was, at one point, it was an essential element to a woman’s closet. The trend has recently resurfaced and become a more popular way to slim the waist . There are more blogs, article and store selling and educating people on how to properly waist train so if you are interested you can easily google.
How does it wear? -Waist trainers constrict the waistline over time, readjusting muscles and organs into a more compressed shape. Some of them that have rubber on the inside, use a thermogenic process to help melt fat around the waist and hips all while shaping the waist line. Although corsets are worn under clothing to achieve a desired shape, waist trainers are meant to be worn in the gym as well to get permanent waist slimming results.
Who is it for? – Anyone can wear a waist trainer! But there is still no substitute for diet and exercise. Waist trainers worn underclothing for wardrobe reason are great but the last thing you want to do is come out of one and reveal a pot belly. There are some warnings with waist trainers, you have to be careful making sure not to cause damage to your organs.
